HAWAII

So we survived the flight to and from Hawaii! And we had a blast! I loved being able to hang out with Elissa she is the best sister anyone could ask for. They say that before you come to earth that you choose your family and now that we have grown up I really do know why I chose her to be my sister. We have so much fun together and I will never forget the time that we had with eachother. We had fun with david also when he wasnt in school or going to scuba classes.

We went for a horseback ride at the KuaLoa ranch, um this was very exciting for me because this is where they film most of LOST. For those of you who have seen Season 3 the little pond in the background is where they blew up the submarine. It was made of foam.
This ranch is very popular for filming movies, they filmed parts of Jurassic Park, Pearl harbor, 50 first dates, LOST, Mighty Joe Young, Along Came Polly, You Me and Dupree, George of the Jungle, Godzilla and a bunch more.
These are the famous mountains of most those movies.

Back to Pearl Harbor. This is the USS Arizona and it was so neat to be able to go and see it.
These are the names of all the crew that are still in the USS Arizona. It is so crazy to me that we were standing above them.
This ship is the tomb for over 1500 soldiers. Oh it is so sad.

They said that about 3 quarts of oil still comes out of the USS Arizona everyday but it isnt a hazard at this point.

Um another for the LOST fans, this is the set of the crash site on LOST!

This guy is crazy. He was a fire twirler at the Polynasian Culture Center.
This is called Sharks cove and we went snorkling here. We swam with a turtle for a while and I also saw an eel, that was kinda scary.
