Bed Rest What???

So I wanted my next post to be about all the fun things we did when Jeremy's family came to visit, they arrived her Wed the 28th at about 9 at night, we talked a little then went to bed. The next morning I had to run to Ogden to see the Dr, I figured it would be a quick trip and then the week could begin. I arrived at the Dr at 11:40 he was on time and everything was looking good, well I go in and he tells me I need you to go see a perinatologist and I want you to go see him today. He wasn't happy that there was still a little bleeding, so okay how long can that take!!!! Two hours later I get a phone call from the hospital saying we will fit you in today but we need you to come right in and the scheaduled appts will be ahead of you so we dont know how long it will take... So I think thats okay its better to wait then drive the 1 1/2 hrs home and then back. After the perinatologist I was suppose to call my doctor and go back in so he could talk about the results with me. I get done at the hospital at 3 call my doctor and they tell me to come right back in, well right when I get into the parking lot they call me back to tell me that he had to run and deliver a baby really quick so for me to just come in at 4. Oh what a day, I just wanted to cry. I was running around here, there, and everywhere, sitting and waiting, then sitting and waiting. I do have to appreciate the time that the Dr's took to get me in that day though instead of making me come back the next day. Just made for a long day that I wasn't expecting at all. Well got in to see my Dr for the 2nd time, and the conclusion is..... the baby is great HE is just chillin with his hands on his face and kicking his legs off the side of his sack. :) Mom on the other hand has to be on bedrest UGH! Only for 2 weeks I HOPE! So here I am doing another post about the baby, because all the family was in town and I was on the couch. Still am on the couch. No pictures of family, no fun outings, just the couch! Jeremy was able to take time off so he could entertain, make breakfast, and go on little outings.
The great thing about the perinatologist is, I got a bunch of way cool pics of the baby... so here they are! Sorry if I bore everyone with nothing but ultrasound pics, but this is really the only exciting thing going on right now. It is FOR SURE a boy!
The spine and his little arm!
His big head with his hands on his face, this is the pic with his legs bent and he was kicking them off the side of his sack! Glad he is comfortable without a worry to the world...
Long legs!
I love this pic, its my favorite. Little Feet!
I just have to look at these pictures and I am more than happy and willing to lay myself on the couch all day! He is totally worth it and I will do anything to get him here.

oh, I love the pictures. Sorry you have to lay low for a while. That is so not like you. The things we'll do huh? I hope all is well. I'm glad there weren't any problems. And, I'm glad it's a boy...so much fun. When do we get to see a picture of you?

bummer about the bed-rest, but better safe that sorry. Congrats on a boy! They are lots of fun, and he has all 10 toes :)

Hey Kim,

I feel for you...I will come and hang out with you. I hope you are getting a guitar hero. I am sure your baby appreciates what you are doing for him, look at what a great mom you are already being. Take it easy and call me if you need anything...I promise to keep bugging you everyday (even if it drives you crazy.)
