Union Station

Jeremy has a four day weekend for Christmas, so we decided to take Bowen to the train museum, since the kid is in love with trains.

We had lunch at their little grill, it had the old tracks outside, but the new Amtrak line just a little further out. Bowen kept closing his blinds, but we saw a couple Amtrak trains go by.

Mr conductor, it was pretty neat inside. They had a play area for the kids and it was full of old train equipment they could play with and on.

You walked through these little halls and they had scenery starting with the west coast and little trains were on tracks and by the end you were at the east coast. It was pretty cool and trains were running every where.

And last one of the big trains outside. It was huge! I am glad we were able to get out of the house and do something Bowen loves. He may not remember that we went, but this little guy has been such a trooper watching little sister get a lot of attention so this day was about him.
